When I saw Courtney’s twist on this recipe last week, I knew that I had to give it a shot soon. I decided that Sunday would be perfect since Shane would be watching football so I could prep everything and then just pop it in the oven later when we’re ready for dinner. I’ll post the changes that I made to the recipe later once I make sure that it’s a winner for us, but for now, here’s the delicious prep work.
Chicken parm meatballs
Close up of the cheesy goodness
Just waiting to be popped in the oven and devoured!
took over the day started, I convinced Shane to help me outdoors with the decorations. The wind took some down a couple weeks ago, so we picked up some reinforcements and added some final touches. Our Halloween party is this weekend so it’s CRUNCH TIME!
Our graveyard grew a little bit- we have some new members from the 1800s
Wondering where you can get such a beautiful Halloween wreath for your home? That would be a Chelsea Moore original, inspired by the Dollar Tree
Shane and I got creative with a couple bag of bones we got from Walgreens
This one is Shane’s, please excuse the non-anatomically correct skeleton. Apparently Walgreens skeletons don’t have ribs or hips so we did a little mix and matching between the two skeletons.
We’ve also started some party prep work and I’m pretty excited to show everyone what we’ve been working on at the party!
What are your favorite Halloween decorations (jack o lanterns, blow up decorations, lights, skulls, etc)?
What is your favorite type of noodles? Mine has to be cavatappi, not sure why but I love it!
